This stunning large charm is designed to fit on most popular bracelets and can also be supplied with a chain to be worn as a necklace. It is supplied with a charm carrier which easily attaches the charm to your bracelet. You can add a chain as an optional extra - the chains we use are 1.2mm sterling silver which are substantial and a very affordable way to give this charm all-round appeal.

You can personalise your Charm with a name on the front (up to 6 letters), or their initials, and their date of birth, age or anything else to make your keepsake more memorable on the back. We use a complex process to ensure the names that are on the front of the charms are as clear and consistent as possible.

Your jewellery will be sent to you in a gift box tand we'll include a special silver polishing cloth free of charge so you can keep your jewellery sparkling and good as new.

When you order this we'll send you a Home Impressions Pack which contains everything you need to take the impressions we use to make your jewellery. We do this because we think it's more convenient for you. Full instructions about how to take the impressions are included in the Home Impressions Pack and remember that the pawprint on your jewellery is only as good as the impression you send us.

Once you've taken your impressions send them back in the stamped addressed envelope provided in the Home Impressions Pack and we'll post your finished jewellery out 3 weeks later.

Our postage and packing charges are as follows:    

STANDARD postage is £3.95.

For customers selecting standard postage we aim to post all completed pieces 3 weeks from receipt of your imprints. However, we reserve the right to extend this period especially during busier periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day and Father's Day. We will endeavour to inform you of any delays but cannot guarantee to do this.

Your impressions packs will be sent Royal Mail Second Class (unless otherwise requested) and your finished jewellery will be sent Royal Mail First Class Signed For.    

PRIORITY postage

We no longer offer a priority service. If you have a definite date by which you need to receive your jewellery please contact us and we'll let you know whether we can achieve the date you require. We'll do our best to get back to you as soon as we can and we'll answer your request within 24 hours if its made during the week. It might take slightly longer to reply on a weekend.    

If your delivery is late or does not arrive within the quoted delivery timescale please contact us by phone or email. Our contact details are clearly displayed on the website.

Provision of a replacement or refund, is at our discretion and will be considered after 20 working days have passed. This corresponds with the Royal Mail’s definition of a lost parcel. 

If we have made a mistake with your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving your jewellery. Our contact details are shown on the website.

As with all jewellery, links can be opened or broken if not treated with care. Jewellery from HappyPrints is 99.9% silver and therefore can be damaged if handled roughly. Some small surface blemishes occur from time-to-time and these are often unavoidable if they are also on the imprint you have taken.

Whilst we will always try and rectify any problems you have with HappyPrints jewellery we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless your jewellery is faulty.
